Who sends these messages
Messages in this program are sent by Persilio, a product of Savo Group, a DBA of Rupe Enterprises LLC. Persilio is the sender and identifies itself by name in every message.
Who receives them
People with a Persilio account: business owners, office staff, and crew members who have been invited to a company's Persilio account. We do not text your customers under this program.
What we send
- Invitations: a link to join your company's Persilio account.
- Sign-in and verification codes.
- Schedule and job notifications: a job assigned to you, or a change to one.
- Account notices: security and billing alerts about your own account.
These are account and transactional messages. This program sends no marketing.
How you opt in
Persilio has no public sign-up — accounts exist only because an employer invited you. A phone number is never collected during that invitation, and we never text a number we obtained any other way. You give us your number in one place, deliberately:
- In your profile settings. Once signed in to app.persilio.com or the Persilio mobile app, go to Settings → Profile, enter a mobile number, and tick the box to turn on text notifications. It is off until you tick it.
The checkbox reads: "Text me account and scheduling messages from Persilio at this number. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help." It links to this page and to our Privacy Policy.
Consent is not a condition of anything. You can use every part of Persilio with email notifications only, and leaving the number blank is a supported state.

Frequency, rates, and how to stop
Message frequency varies with your work activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts in this program. Reply HELP for help. You can also remove your mobile number under Settings → Profile, or email support@persilio.com. Opting out of texts does not close your account or stop email notifications.
Your mobile information
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Your number is shared only with the telecommunications provider that delivers the message on our behalf, solely to deliver it. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
Messages your business sends to its customers
Persilio also lets a business text its own leads and customers. Those are a separate program: the business is the sender, it registers its own messaging campaign under its own brand, and it is responsible for collecting consent from the people it messages. They are not covered by this page.
