This Privacy Policy explains how Persilio, a product of Savo Group, a DBA of Rupe Enterprises LLC ("Persilio," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, dashboard, mobile app, and related services (together, the "Services").
Persilio helps service businesses manage leads, communicate with customers, schedule appointments, and get paid. When a business uses Persilio to manage information about its own leads and customers, that business is the controller of that data and Persilio acts as its processor. This policy describes our own practices as a service provider.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account details: name, business name, email address, phone number, and password.
- Billing details: payment information processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
- Content you submit: messages, notes, quotes, documents, and other data you create in the Services.
Information you import or generate through use
- Lead and customer records you add, import, or capture through forms, calls, and messages.
- Communications including SMS, email, and call recordings and transcripts processed on your behalf.
- Usage and device data such as log data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken.
Information from connected integrations
With your authorization, we receive data from third-party services you connect, such as Google (Calendar and Gmail), Telnyx, Stripe, QuickBooks, and Meta. We use this data only to provide the features you enable.
2. How we use information
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services.
- Process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and invoices.
- Power AI features, including our assistant Percy, to draft messages, schedule, and surface insights.
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described here:
- Service providers (subprocessors): infrastructure, communications, payment, and AI providers that help us run the Services, including Convex, Telnyx, Mailgun, Stripe, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Sentry. They may process data only on our instructions.
- At your direction: when you connect an integration or share content with a recipient.
- Affiliates: Savo Group and Rupe Enterprises LLC, to operate and support the Services.
- Legal and safety: when required by law or to protect rights, property, and safety.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
4. AI features
Persilio uses third-party AI models to power Percy and other features. Content you choose to process with these features may be sent to those providers to generate responses. We do not permit our AI providers to use your content to train their general models. AI output can be inaccurate, so you are responsible for reviewing it before you act on or send it.
5. Text messages (SMS)
Persilio sends text messages to the people who use Persilio itself — business owners, office staff, and crew members on a Persilio account. These are account and scheduling messages about your own use of the product, such as an invitation to join your company's Persilio account, a sign-in or verification code, a job assigned to you, and a change to your schedule. We send them from a number registered to Rupe Enterprises LLC (dba Savo Group).
Persilio has no public sign-up, and no phone number is collected when your employer invites you. You give us your mobile number in one place: Settings → Profile, once signed in, where you enter it and tick a box to turn on text notifications. It stays off until you do. Message frequency varies with your work activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also clear your mobile number in profile settings or email support@persilio.com. Opting out of texts does not remove you from the account or stop email notifications. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We share your mobile number only with the telecommunications provider that delivers the message on our behalf, solely to deliver it.
Messages a business sends to its own customers through Persilio are separate. In those messages the business is the sender, it registers its own messaging campaign, and it is responsible for collecting consent from its customers. See the section below.
6. Your data and your end customers
You are responsible for the lead and customer data you process through Persilio, including providing any required notices and obtaining any required consent (for example, consent to send SMS or email, and to record calls where applicable). We process that data to provide the Services to you.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand usage. Persilio also offers a call-tracking feature ("Dynamic Number Insertion") that, when enabled by a business on its own website, swaps displayed phone numbers based on traffic source. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion as described below.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond consistent with applicable law, including the CCPA and GDPR where they apply.
11. Children
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.
12. International users
We operate in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date, and material changes may be communicated to you directly.
14. Google API Services and Limited Use
Some Persilio features let you connect a Google account so we can provide functionality you enable — for example, scheduling with Google Calendar and sending or reading email through Gmail on your behalf. Persilio's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we only use Google user data to provide or improve the user-facing features you enable; we do not use it for advertising; we do not sell it; we do not transfer it to others except as necessary to provide or improve those features, to comply with applicable law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition; and we do not allow humans to read it unless you give explicit consent for specific messages, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
